What kind of accommodation options are available?

Huntick Retreat provides fully-serviced hard-standing pitches, grass pitches with electric hook-up.

Yes, dogs are welcome at Huntick Retreat. There is an on-site woodland dog-walking area, and the surrounding area includes many pet-friendly trails, cafes, and beaches. For everyone’s safety and comfort, we kindly ask that dogs are kept on a lead at all times.

Huntick Retreat is an adult-focused campsite to ensure a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in the evenings. However, children are welcome for daytime visits between 10 am and 6 pm, provided they remain within the pitch perimeter.

Facilities include toilets and showers with hot water, drinking water stations, 10-amp electric hook-ups, laundry and dishwashing areas, free Wi-Fi, and waste and chemical disposal points. Communal seating and BBQ spaces are also available.

We charge a small parking fee of £1.00 for visitors parking in the main car park. Additional services like laundry and towel changes are available for a fee.

Check-in time starts from 2 pm, and we ask guests to check out by 11 am on their departure day. If you require flexible timings, please contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

For those staying at our pitches, we recommend bringing your electric hook-up cables and plugs if you plan to use the 10-amp supply.

Nearby attractions include the Jurassic Coast (Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove, Old Harry Rocks), Poole and Bournemouth beaches, Corfe Castle, the Purbeck Hills, and Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Are there any quiet hours at the campsite?

Yes, we maintain a peaceful environment in the evenings to allow guests to relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside. This means no loud noise after 10 pm.
