Our pitches allow for a caravan/motorhome/camper van/trailer tent/ tent up to a maximum of 8 meters. In order to do adhere to fire regulations all units MUST be pitched correctly. Any unit incorrectly pitched will be asked to reposition
Pup tents are to be used for storage purposes only and guests must not use them for sleeping
During periods of inclement weather you may be asked to park your car in the car park
Caravans must be pitched with the A-frame facing out and motorhomes in the reversed position
No washing or washing lines may be hung from trees, bushes or fences
Washing caravans, motorhomes or the like are not to be carried out on pitch
Electric hook up points have a 10 amp supply. Please remember this is not the same as your household electricity supply
The entrance barrier operates between the hours of 7 am and 11 pm, however the exit barrier is operational 24 hours a day
A one way system is operational throughout the site
We allow for one car per pitch, parked to the right of your unit. Large/commercial vehicles will not be permitted on site and will be asked to park in the car park
Extra cars, boats, trailers and jet skis must park in the car park unless prior arrangement has been made. There is an extra charge of £1 per day for additional vehicles
For the safety and wellbeing of fellow campers, pets and wildlife the maximum speed around the park, including the driveway is 5mph
Visitors may visit between the hours of 9am – 11pm. They should park in the car park and report to reception on arrival to sign in and pay a £1 parking fee. If your visitor is arriving out of office hours, please sign them in on their behalf prior to their arrival
Children may visit between the hours of 9am and 6pm and must remain within your pitch. Please ensure that they are not left unsupervised and are escorted to the amenities
Dogs are welcome with well-behaved owners and are restricted to 4 per booking. Dogs MUST be on leads at all times and be mindful of other guests, dogs and wildlife. There is a small designated dog walking area at the end of the driveway. You must clean up after your dog, failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave the park without redress
Dogs must not be left unattended for any reason and are prohibited from entering the amenities, with the exception of guide dogs
Dogs must not be left in your caravan/motorhome alone for any length of time
Between the hours of 11am and 7pm absolute quiet must be observed. Out of these hours please keep noise to a respectful level so as not to disturb your fellow guests
Anti social behaviour, drunkenness and drug use will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to ask you to leave the park immediately without a refund
Barbecues are permitted, however they must be kept off the ground/grass and not turned into an open fire after use. Please ask at reception if you require blocks/bricks
Fire pits are permitted but must be off the ground/grass and at least one meter away from any source of ignition (gas locker/awning)
Our office hours are between 9am and 5pm with lunch between 12:30 – 1:00 pm
We will not accept nay responsibility for loss, theft, damage or injury to any person whilst on the par. Any theft or damage to the park will be chargeable
We advise guests to take out their own travel insurance
