Caravan / Motorhome Storage Terms & Conditions
- Storage fees to be paid on the 1st of the month via standing order/direct debit. Late payments will incur an admin fee of £10
- In the event of storage fees being overdue the caravan/motorhome will not be moved until the arrears are paid in full
- Caravans/Motorhomes/Camper Vans in storage must be fully insured
- Gas bottles must be turned off when in storage
- You must ensure all windows/doors and skylights must be closed and secure while in storage
- All hitch locks/jockey wheels and brakes must be in good working order. If not we reserve the right to refuse movement until made good
- We require at least 48 hours notice for movements out of storage. We understand that 48 hours is not always possible therefore a £10 fee will be charged
- Collection and return times are between 9:15 am and 5pm. When returning later than 5pm your caravan/motorhome may be left overnight in the drop off areas
- Please endeavour to inform us of your return date as we cannot guarantee your caravan/motorhome will be put away that day
- If collecting or returning your caravan/motorhome after 8pm please do so as quietly as possible as there are guests on site
- Caravans/motorhomes booked onto the campsite will be parked on pitch half an hour before arrival times (please refer to website for arrival and departure times)
- Huntick Ltd excludes any liability caused by vermin damage. A recognised vermin control is in place and it is the owners responsibility not to leave food in the caravan/motorhome when in storage
- Huntick Ltd excludes any liability caused by fire or weather conditions
- Once the caravan/motorhome has left the premises no claims for damages will be entered into. Any damages will be recorded upon return to storage
- Any items/equipment stored in the caravan/motorhome must be secured. Huntick Ltd excludes any liability for damage caused by items/equipment stored incorrectly
- If you motorhome does not start we will attempt to ‘jump’ the vehicle for a charge of £5. Failing this you will be required to call out your preferred break down recovery company.
- No repairs to be carried out on site without prior consent
- If your storage is cancelled partway through he month, no refund will be given for the remainder of that month
- Huntick Ltd must be notified of any change of address etc as soon as possible
- Storage is non-transferable
- No persons are not permitted in the storage area under any circumstances
- Huntick Ltd reserve the right to update our terms and conditions at any time and you agree to abide by the most current version
