Booking Terms and Conditions 2025

Thank you for choosing to book with Huntick Retreat. By booking with us you are entering an agreement with us. Please read the terms and conditions before booking;

• Deposits – We require a £50 deposit per pitch at the time of booking, if your holiday is less than £50 we will require the full amount at time of booking
• All deposits are non refunable
• Cancelled bookings due to inclement weather will not be refunded
• Booking balances are to be settled 7 days prior to arrival. If balance payments are not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and relet the pitch without notice
• Booking amendments must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival
• Extra nights can be requested, subject to availability
• Ensure you have adequet holiday insurance as once the balance is paid NO refunds will be issued
• We are a strictly ADULT ONLY (16+) site
• Under 18 bookings MUST include a reponsible adult within the party
• There is a maximum of 2 guests per pitch, extra guests will incur a £6 per night fee (up to 4 people per pitch)
• We do not accept group bookings or hen/stag parties – we reserve the right to refuse or cancel these bookings without redress
• Our pitches accommodate; caravans up to to 7.9 meters, motor homes up to 7.9 meters, tents, trailer tents and campervans plus one car per pitch
  Awnings are allowed, pup tents may be used for storage (no sleeping in them) at no extra cost
• Awnings may only remain for 14 nights to maintain the pitch
  The maximum stay on site is 21 nights
• We welcome well behaved dogs, maximum 4 per pitch
• Arrival time is 1pm – 6pm. If you are going to be late please contact reception. No arrivals after 8:30 pm or dusk (whichever is earliest). You will be asked to stay in our overnight area and shown to your pitch at 10 am the next morning
• Latest departure time is 11 am – departures after this time will incur a late departure fee of £10
• We cannot guarantee specific pitches or pitching bookings together
• Motorcycles and commercial vehicles will not be allowed on the site and will be asked to park in the car park
• No sleeping in cars, panel vans unless converted
• No drones to be flown over the campsite
• Generators are not permitted

We do not accept any liability for damage to yourselves or your property while on site

Huntick Retreat is on private land and the owners have the right to refuse admission
